Powder Coating is one of the most longest-lasting, and most color-durable quality finishes available on virtually any type of metal. Powder coated surfaces are more resistant to chipping, scratching, fading, and wearing than other finish. Colors stay bright and vibrant longer.

While we can use almost any metal cup you want, we prefer Hogg tumblers because they insulate very well, they hold up to the powder coating oven process the best, and the cost is low so we can pass that lower cost on to you.

The powder coating process requires us to bake your cup in a specialized oven at high temperatures.  While we’ve seen limited success with Yeti tumblers, we don’t recommend them because they tend to explode in the oven.  We recommend Hogg tumblers or Ozark Trail; however, the Yeti Koozies seem to handle the oven well.
